Documentación de problemas: La Bitácora de Incidencias Críticas.
Todos sabemos que, en negocios, es vital que se documente todo. “Si no está escrito, no es legítimo” Sin embargo, cuando queremos mostrar a nuestros jefes que existe un problema, la tendencia es sólamente decírselo y esperar a que ellos hagan algo. La Bitácora de Incidencias Críticas es una manera de documentar un problema durante un tiempo de tal forma que mantengamos una clara y concisa visión de lo que está ocurriendo.

Situación:
Has estado trabajando en el mismo departamento  un año y sabes que eres una buena trabajadora. Sin embargo, has visto a otros empleados promocionados internamente mientras tú te has quedado en los mismos puestos. ¿Qué puedes hacer?

Usar la técnica de “La Bitácora de Incidencia Crítica” para documentar tu carga de trabajo, productividad, etc.
¿Cómo?
–     Obtener un diario de un día por página.
–     Cada vez que recibes una nueva tarea / proyecto o encargo, apunta en la página del día correspondiente la hora, detalles de la tarea, fecha de entrega, y cualquier otro factor que es importante.
–    Mantener el diario al día con informes de progresos entregados, bloqueos de progresos, reuniones, decisiones tomadas, y otros factores que afectan a tu trabajo.- Tanto buenas  noticias como malas.
–    Cuando tienes al menos tres meses de datos, organiza una reunión con tu jefe y entrégale una copia de los datos que has compilado.

Es una manera excelente para un líder tener hechos reales documentados y sirve como base de feedback para miembros de su equipo.
